Latvia-based modular construction company Forta Pro recently completed the production and delivery of the Go Hotel, a new modular property in Copenhagen, Denmark. The company was heavily involved in the construction process, providing design, production, shipment and positioning of the modules for the building.
The new six-story building, which is located close to Copenhagen Airport, blends modern and rustic styles. The classic brick wall exterior blends in with the neighboring buildings. The property has 88 guestrooms, ranging from single and double to bunk-bed dormitories. Eight of these rooms are specifically designed to be accessible.
The whole infrastructure and interior furnishing of the rooms down to bathroom appliances were manufactured, completed and installed as modules at the Forta Pro factory in Ventspils, Latvia. The company then shipped the project, almost ready-made, to Denmark, leaving minimal works for the onsite construction crew.
